SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On April 4, 2022 at about 1236 hours, a St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officer observed a motor vehicle violation on Old Center Road. The vehicle was stopped on Memorial Drive. The operator displayed signs of impairment by a substance other than alcohol. The operator was arrested for suspicion of DUI – Drugs and brought to the police station. The operator was evaluated by a Drug Recognition Expert from the Vermont State Police and an evidentiary blood draw obtained. Scott Dickman was released on a citation into Caledonia Superior Court with a court date of July 25, 2022 at 0830 hours. The vehicle was hauled away by McKay’s Towing of Lunenburg, VT.
