SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On July 16, 2022 at 0208 hours, a St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officer observed a motor vehicle violation on Eastern Avenue. The vehicle was stopped on Railroad Street. Further investigation revealed the operator, Sean Tobyne of Lunenberg, displayed signs of impairment by alcohol. Tobyne was arrested for suspicion of DUI #2. After processing, Tobyne was released to the custody of another adult. Tobyne will face arraignment in this matter on August 1, 2022 at 0830 hours in Caledonia County Superior Court.
