SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On July 17, 2022 at 2236 hours, the St. Johnsbury Police Department received complaints of an overdose on fentanyl at 73 Cote Court #3. Responding patrol officers found Andrew Lemieux (34), who was the subject of a $12,000 felony arrest warrant out of Lamoille County for Assault and Robbery, Aggravated Assault, Simple Assault and Criminal Threatening. Lemieux was transported to NVRH hospital in police custody and then to the NRCF correctional facility.
