SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On 07/21/2022 at approximately 20:00 hours, Corporal Hartwell witnessed Christopher Briggs drive a blue Mitsubishi Outlander Sport into the parking lot of Cole’s Redemption. A check with dispatch found Brigg’s to be operating after criminal suspension. Brigg’s left the parking lot very briskly after seeing the marked police cruiser. Police located Brigg’s vehicle a short time later parked in his mother’s driveway. Brigg’s denied operating the vehicle. He was taken into custody and issued a citation to appear in Caledonia Court on 10/17/2022 to answer to the charge of operating after criminal suspension.
