After investigation Dawn Gallagher was taken into custody and charged with 2nd Degree Aggravated Domestic Assault, Criminal Threatening and Habitual Offender. Gallagher was lodged at NERCF for lack of the $1500.00 Bail imposed and is scheduled to appear before the court today at 12:30.
