SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On July 16, 2022 at 2105 hours, St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officers found Christian Haines in possession of a stolen Ruger Mark II handgun and ammunition (attached) which he had been reportedly trying to sell. Investigation revealed Haines is prohibited from possessing firearms. Haines was arrested. The weapon and ammunition was seized. Haines will face arraignment in this matter in Caledonia Superior Court on September 19, 2022 at 0830 hours.
