SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
A St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officer noticed a vehicle disgorge a female passenger on the corner of Portland and Lincoln Streets. The female was recognized as Jennifer Williams (Homeless of Waterford, VT) who was known to have an active felony arrest warrant for larceny from the person as well as the misdemeanor crimes of domestic assault, interference with access to emergency services and unlawful taking of tangible property. Ms. Williams was arrested without incident as she attempted to enter a nearby residence. Williams was lodged at the Northeast Regional Correctional Facility on $200 bail.
