SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
A St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officer noticed a motor vehicle violation on Bay Street. The vehicle was stopped and the operator, Ian C. Strong, found to be in violation of his conditions of release. Strong was arrested and brought to the police department where he was later released on a citation to Caledonia Superior Court for September 27, 2021 at 0830.
