SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: At 1930 hours, Officers of the St Johnsbury Police were dispatched to Ely Street for a report of a male and female arguing. Heather L Powers, 33 of St Johnsbury and Tyge R. Searl, 36 of St. Johnsbury were found to be trespassing. Officers issued a verbal notice of trespass to the pair and they were informed to leave the property. Officers were dispatched back to Ely Street at 2108 hours when neighbors reported the pair were still on the property. Powers and Searl were issued citations to appear on November 22, 2021 to answer the charge of Unlawful Trespass
