SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: Following an incident on Wednesday July 7, 2021 where a vehicle was found squealing its tires on Railroad Street, officers of the St Johnsbury Police made a motor vehicle stop of the vehicle eon Main Street. The subsequent stop and investigation led to the arrest of two juveniles for the alcohol offenses of furnishing alcohol to a minor and person under 16 possessing alcohol. Both juveniles were screened cited and released to family members and have been issued citations to appear in Family Court to answer the charges..
