SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
The St. Johnsbury Police Department was notified that Jennifer Williams, an inmate at the Northeast Regional Correctional Facility, was discovered during the jail admissions procedure with wax paper baggies of a powder she admitted to corrections officers was fentanyl, that had been secreted on her person. Williams is prohibited from possessing regulated drugs per active conditions of release. The suspected drug items were seized and Williams was issued a citation for the above into Caledonia Superior Court for October 18, 2021 at 0830.
