SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On the above date and time, a St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officer observed a motor vehicle violation on Railroad Street. The vehicle was stopped near the intersection with Maple Street. A passenger in the vehicle was identified as Trent Demers, transient out of Lyndon, VT, who was found to be out and about in violation of a curfew restricting him to the Colonnade Inn. He was also in possession of alcohol. Demers was arrested, brought to the police department and issued a flash citation. Demers will answer the charges in Caledonia Superior Court on July 21, 2021 at 12:30pm.
