On the above date and time, a St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officer noticed a motor vehicle violation on Bay Street. The vehicle was stopped on South Main Street. The operator, Sabrina Bemis, was found to be driving without a valid drivers license and with a prior civil conviction for the same in the past 2 years. Bemis was cited for the crime of License Required into Caledonia Superior Court with an arraignment date of October 4, 2021 at 0830 hours.
