SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
The St. Johnsbury Police Department received a complaint that two and a half garbage bags full of returnable cans had been stolen from a porch on Main Street. After an investigation, Nicolas Balch and John Schumann were located and cited for petit larceny. Both will answer the case in Caledonia Superior Court on October 18, 2021 at 0830 hours.
