St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officers responded to a disturbance outside 170 Pearl Street. In what was Ms. Kelley-Sherwood’s fourth interaction with police that evening, a neighbor reported that Ms. Kimberly Kelley-Sherwood lowered her pants, exposed her buttocks and invited the neighbor to “kiss my (redacted)!” Kelley-Sherwood was cited for the above violations into Caledonia Superior Court on November 22, 2021 at 0830 hours.
