SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
A St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officer noticed a passenger throw a piece of refuse out of the window of a vehicle leaving the White’s Market lot. The vehicle was stopped on Portland and Railroad Streets. Further investigation revealed that the operator, Nicholas Parks, had active court ordered conditions of release ordering him not to operate a motor vehicle. Parks was later cited. Parks was cited into Caledonia Superior Court on October 4, 2021 at 0830 to answer this case.
