SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
A St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officer noticed Kasea Hill pushing a bicycle down the road in violation of a 9pm – 7 am court ordered curfew. After making contact with Hill, it was determined she had consumed alcohol earlier, despite having active conditions of release to not buy or drink alcoholic beverages. Hill was issued a criminal citation into Caledonia Superior Court to answer the charges on October 4, 2021 at 0830 and admonished to return to her residence immediately.
