SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
A St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officer noticed a motor vehicle violation on Concord Avenue. The vehicle was stopped in a driveway on Pleasant Street. The operator was screened and signs of alcohol impairment detected. Further investigation revealed the operator had active conditions of release to not possess or consume alcohol. Robert Stamps was arrested for violation of conditions of release and suspicion of DUI (influence). Stamps was cited into Caledonia Superior Court to answer this case on October 18, 2021 at 0830 hours.
