SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
A St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officer noticed a vehicle operator pull onto Railroad Street in front of him who the patrol officer knew had active conditions of release to not operate a motor vehicle. Nicholas Parks was stopped behind 563 Railroad Street after he parked his car and cited for violation of conditions of release. Parks was admonished to not drive any more in violation of court conditions. Parks was cited into Caledonia Superior Court on October 4, 2021 at 0830 to answer this case.
