SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: Officers of the St Johnsbury Police Department responded to the Fairbanks Inn on August 25 for a 911 hang up call. A short time later, the caller, identified as Michael Lowe, 51 of St Johnsbury most recently, was located outside screaming at another resident at the Inn. Lowe was taken into custody and cited for Aggravated Disorderly Conduct and will appear in Caledonia Superior Court on October 18 to answer the charge.
