SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On 08/10/2021 while on patrol on Railroad Street, Corporal Steven Hartwell noticed Carlos Perez and Natasha Long standing by the entrance to the Walgreens Pharmacy located at 502 Railroad Street in the Town of St. Johnsbury. A check with dispatch found that on 01/03/2021 the couple had been served notice of trespass for that location. Upon return to that location the couple were gone. On 08/21/2021, Corporal Hartwell located the couple on Railroad Street where they were cited for the offense. They are scheduled to appear in Caledonia Court on 11/22/2021 to answer to the charge.
