SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
The St. Johnsbury Police Department received a complaint from a Vermont Department of Corrections Intelligence Officer that an incarcerated individual at the Northeast Regional Correctional Facility had placed phone calls to a person who he was prohibited from contacting due to court ordered conditions of release. After an investigation, Zackari Sevio was cited at Northeast Regional Correctional Facility for violation of conditions of release. Sevio was cited into Caledonia Superior Court to answer the case on October 18, 2021 at 0830 hours.
