SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
A St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officer observed a motor vehicle violation on Pleasant Street. The car was stopped on Concord Avenue. The operator, Jeremy Bathalon, was found to be driving in violation of 2 sets of conditions of release and while on a license that was criminally suspended due to DUI action[s]. Bathalon was arrested and brought to the police station. Bathalon was later released on a citation into Caledonia County Superior Court on November 29, 2021 at 0830 hours.
