SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
A St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officer observed Vincent Shwab on the grounds of Maplefields store. Shwab had been previously served an order of no trespass from those premises. Shwab was issued a criminal citation for unlawful trespass in this matter. Shwab will face the charge in Caledonia Superior Court on November 29, 2021 at 0830.
