SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
A St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officer observed a motor vehicle violation on Concord Avenue. The vehicle was stopped on Mill Street. Further investigation revealed the operator, Stephen Turcotte, was driving without a license and after a prior civil conviction for the same during the past 2 years. Turcotte was released from the scene on a citation into Caledonia County Court on January 31, 2022 at 0830 hours.
