SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
An investigation revealed that Anthony Speed had been at the Comfort Inn without permission of the property management by staying in a room registered to another person during the approximate time frame of September 20 to November 3, 2021. Speed did so without complying with the requirements of the Vermont Sex Offender Registry. Due to Speed’s present incarceration, he was cited with the assistance of the Vermont Department of Corrections on November 20, 2021. Speed will answer the above charges in Caledonia Superior Court on January 10, 2022 at 0830 hours.
