SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On 11/16/2021, St. Johnsbury Police located a suspicious vehicle at the bike path parking lot on Main Street. After investigation [SEALED] was taken into custody for operating without a valid license. She was also being sought by police department SIU Detective Kostruba for being a non-compliant sex offender. [SEALED] was taken into custody and released with a citation to appear in Caledonia Court.
