SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On November 11, 2021 at about 1343 hours, St. Johnsbury Police Department officers were dispatched to a report of a fight involving four people in the area of 502 Railroad Street. The caller stated a knife was displayed. After an investigation, John Schumann was located and issued a citation for disorderly conduct. He will answer the charge in Caledonia Superior Court on January 24, 2021 at 0830 hours.
