SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On November 27, 2021 at about 2235 hours, a St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officer observed a motor vehicle violation on Main Street near Western Avenue. The vehicle was stopped on Western Avenue. After an investigation, the operator was found to have furnished or dispensed cannabis to an 18 year old passenger earlier in the evening. Adolfo F. Gonzalez of North Bergen, NJ was issued a citation into Caledonia Superior Court regarding this matter on January 24, 2022 at 0830.
