SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
A St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officer observed a person on Hastings Hill Road in the company of a female he was prohibited from being in contact with by active conditions of release. He was also within 300 feet of a residence he was prohibited from coming within a 300 foot radius of. George Phelps was stopped on the sidewalk and the parties were separated. Mr. Phelps was cited into Caledonia County Court regarding this matter on January 10, 2022 at 0830 hours.
