SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On 11/10/2021, St. Johnsbury Police responded to a reported fight in the Area of Jack Laser Car Wash. While enroute to the call dispatch was flooded with calls in the same area reporting a vehicle struck a pedestrian. Upon arrival and after investigation it was determined that two vehicles were involved in the incident. Ryan Hayes and Savannah Cole were taken into custody and charged with Aggravated Assault, Unlawful Mischief, Assault and Robbery and Leaving the Scene of an Accident Injury Resulting. Both Hayes and Cole were lodge at the Northern State Correctional Facility in Newport for lack of the $10,000 bail imposed.
