SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On November 7, 2022 at about 1731 hours, a St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officer observed a female operating a motor vehicle in violation of court ordered conditions of release and without a drivers license, while having prior civil convictions for driving without a license in the past 2 years. Gina Barrette was cited for the above violations into Caledonia Superior Court with an arraignment date of January 23, 2023 at 0830 hours. The car was grounded and the vehicle owner ticketed for permitting unlawful operation of a motor vehicle.
