SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On November 17, 2022, a St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officer developed information that a person required to be on 24 hour curfew unless in the presence of a caregiver had taken a transportation service by himself 3 times in the past 10 days to visit area merchants. These merchants happened to be locations where alcohol is served. Tristan Garcia was located at his High Street residence and flash cited into Caledonia Superior Court regarding this incident, with an arraignment date of November 18, 2022 at 12:30pm.
