Officer Gerrish and I were dispatched to 426 Summer Street for a report of Christian Haines DOB (12/21/1993) passed out in a hallway. Upon arrival Haines was at the top of the stairs and stated he had slept there. Haines has a condition to reside at a different location after 11PM. Haines was arrested, cited, and will face arraignment in this matter on January 23, 2023 at 0830 hours in Caledonia Superior Court.
