SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On November 15, 2022 at about 1135 hours, a St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officer observed a motor vehicle violation on Memorial Drive. The vehicle was stopped on Railroad Street. The operator of the vehicle, Leo Roberts, was found to be driving the car in violation of active conditions of release. Roberts was arrested. Roberts will face arraignment in this matter on January 23, 2023 at 0830 hours in Caledonia Superior Court.
