SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 11/11/2022, Officers learned of Haines active arrest warrant. We arrived at a residence Haines is known to frequent, on summer Street in the Town of St Johnsbury, and he was found inside, hiding in the closet in the back bedroom.
Haines has active conditions of release to be in Newark, VT between 2100 hours and 0600 hours. Haines was also found in possession of a smoking instrument, which he claimed to contain Marijuana, also violating his conditions of release not to possess regulated drugs. Haines was transported to NECC for lodging on his warrant.
