SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On April 14, 2020, [EXPUNGED] reportedly twice had
in-person contact with an individual he was prohibited from having any contact
with due to active conditions of release. He also did so at her work site in
violation of active conditions of release. On May 27, 2020, Masure was located
and arrested for the above crimes. [EXPUNGED] will face the charges in Caledonia
Superior Court on August 24, 2020 @ 0830.
