SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
The St. Johnsbury Police Department stopped a motor vehicle
after violations were observed on Railroad Street. Further investigation
revealed that Chad R. Pelkey was operating said motor vehicle while his license
had been criminally suspended due to DUI and in violation of court ordered
conditions of release. Pelkey was cited for the above charges which he will
face in Caledonia Superior Court on August 24, 2020 @ 0830.
