SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
The St. Johnsbury Police Department received a report of a
person repeatedly entering a premises they were prohibited from being 300 feet
from per active conditions of release, as well as contact with a person they
were also preventing from doing so per said conditions. After investigation,
Ashley Beckwith was located and arrested for 4 counts of violation of
conditions of release. Beckwith will face the charges in Caledonia Superior
Court on June 8, 2020 @ 0830.
