SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
The St. Johnsbury Police Department received a complaint of
suspicious activity that had occurred outside 12 Union Street at various times
today. Further investigation revealed that Darryl D. Kittredge II went to that
property in violation of a 24 hour curfew. Investigating officers later attempted
to contact Kittredge at his residence and he was not there. Kittredge was
located, arrested, processed and cited for the above charges which he will face
in Caledonia Superior Court on August 31, 2020 @ 0830.
