SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On the above date and time, a member of the St. Johnsbury
Police Department stopped a vehicle for motor vehicle violations observed in
the area of Depot Square. After an investigation, the operator Mr. Timothy A.
Briggs, was issued a citation for misdemeanor possession of cocaine. Briggs
will face the charges in Caledonia Superior Court on September 14, 2020 @
0830.
