SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On the above date and time, Ashley N. Beckwith (36) was
observed operating a motor vehicle on Railroad Street despite having a criminally
suspended license. The vehicle was stopped near North Avenue & Maple
Street. Further investigation revealed that Beckwith had court ordered
conditions of release prohibiting her from contacting Nicholas R. Dulac (29),
who was a passenger in her vehicle. Beckwith was arrested and cited for these
crimes. Beckwith will face the charges in Caledonia Superior Court on
July 27, 2020 @ 0830.
