SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On the above date and time, a motor vehicle violation was
observed on the Portland Street Bridge in St. Johnsbury. The vehicle was
stopped on Railroad Street and the operator, Dalton L. Kraft (24) was found to
be operating a motor vehicle while under criminal suspension. Kraft was
subsequently cited for the above crimes. Kraft will face the above charges in
Caledonia Superior Court on August 24, 2020 @ 0830.
