SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On the above date and time, Gina Barrette was located and
arrested on an outstanding warrant. She was in the company of Nathan Smires who
was also issued a citation for violation of conditions of release. Barrette was
released on a flash citation and Smires will face his charges on August 24,
2020 in Caledonia Superior Court.
