SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On February 11, 2022 at about 1522 hours, the St. Johnsbury Police Department received a complaint that Sasha Shattuck’s wallet was discovered missing after Nicolas Balch had stopped by their residence to visit. Balch was located and cited for petit larceny. Balch was cited into Caledonia Superior Court to answer the charge on April 18, 2022 at 0830 hours.
