SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On February 26, 2022 at about 2225 hours, the St. Johnsbury Police Department received a phone complaint regarding a suspicious vehicle at the St. Johnsbury Academy Maple Center dorm. Responding officers arrived and after a further investigation, arrested <EXPUNGED> for suspicion of DUI #1. Schools was released to the custody of a sober adult and given a citation into Caledonia Superior Court for March 14, 2022 at 0830 hours.
