SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On February 22, 2022 at about 2206 hours, the St. Johnsbury Police Department received a complaint of a person banging on walls at 233 Railroad Street and another complaint of a female threatening to kick in a door at the same location. Responding officers located Heather Lawson who was cited for disorderly conduct and lodged at the Northeast Regional Correctional Facility as an incapacitated person for alcohol detoxification. Lawson was cited into Caledonia Superior Court with a court date of April 4, 2022 at 0830 hours.
