SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On February 13, 2022 at about 1935 hours, the St. Johnsbury Police Department received a complaint from a concerned resident than an unknown vehicle had pulled into their driveway. Responding patrol officers made contact and subsequently arrested Nikia George (36) for suspicion of DUI #2 (Drugs). George was brought back to the police station where a Drug Recognition Expert exam was obtained with the assistance of the Vermont State Police. An evidentiary blood draw was obtained from George after a search warrant for her blood was granted by the Honorable Court. George was cited into Caledonia Superior Court to answer this charge on May 9, 2022 at 0830 hours. George was arrested to the custody of a sober adult.
