On February 11, 2022 at about 2321 hours, the St. Johnsbury Police Department received a complaint that a man on Pearl Street had found his car keyed up. After an investigation, Kimberly Kelley was located and arrested for unlawful mischief (felony). Kelley was cited into Caledonia Superior Court to answer this case on April 25, 2022 at 0830 hours.
