SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On February 16, 2022 at about 2143 hours, a St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officer observed Jonathan Russell out front of the Republican Block on Eastern Avenue. Russell was known to have an active warrant out of Caledonia County court for a pending driving without a license case. Russell was released on a citation into Caledonia Superior Court at 12:30pm on February 17, 2022 at the direction of the Honorable Court.
